How does personalization work?

On each product page you will find the fields for that particular design — a first name, initials, a date, a number, or your own exact wording. Fill those in before adding the item to your cart, and your details are saved with your order.

Will my wording be stitched exactly as I type it?

Yes. Spelling, capitalization, initials and dates are stitched exactly as you enter them, so please review them carefully before you check out.

Can I change my personalization after I order?

Reach out as soon as you can through the contact page. Once a piece has been stitched it cannot be changed, so the sooner you write, the better.

How long will my order take?

Every order is a pre-order. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be completed. Everything is made to order with care.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Yes — for bridal parties, teams, classrooms, showers and events. Send the details through the contact page and we will go from there.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizing varies by design and item. The sizes available for a particular piece are the ones shown in that product's size list.

Can I use a team, school or professional sports logo?

No. We do not stitch licensed or trademarked logos. Team colors and a player name or number are a great alternative, and that is what our sports designs use.

What is in a gift box?

Each gift box page lists exactly what is included and walks you through the selections for every piece inside, so everything is confirmed before you add it to your cart.
